Introducing our new Support Ticket System

Due to our growing customer base and to maintain our high levels of customer service, this week we have launched our new Support Ticket System – powered by osTicket. Each support request is assigned a unique reference number, which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we also provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please use this system next time you require assistance with Technical Support, Development or Billing/Invoice queries. It can be found by clicking on the Support Ticket button on the top of our homepage, or by >>CLICKING HERE<<.   This link can be found in the top left had corner of our homepage above our logo: How to submit a request on osTicket: 1. Select ‘Open a New Ticket’                       2. Complete the form, providing as much information as possible, in order for us to begin to process your request. To ensure that your request goes to the correct team, please select the relevant help topic from the drop down menu and submit ticket. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your ticket.                       3.  To view the status of your ticket, click the link in the confirmation e-mail and simply log in using your e-mail address and Ticket ID. Alternatively, you can log in via the support centre here.                       All request will be answered within 24hours, during normal opening hours.
